Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original condition with all security tags and designer packaging intact; please note that final sale items and certain high-value accessories are non-returnable.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original shipping box, including all authentication cards and dust bags, and affix the provided return label to the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists verify the item's condition and authenticity tags, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
